Leverage. I firmly believe the deep states final play is holding us all hostage with nuclear/biological weapons in major US cities.

That's why this all had to be slow and methodical, with each side having a kill button we are able to ensure to an extent that the rules are followed. Idk, maybe I'm overthinking it.
