Ok this needs to be explained... I don't know if this little game was only played in Quebec when I was young but whats going on in this picture is a "child game" where someone make the gesture with his hand and if someone close to him looks at the hand making the gesture, they get a punch on the arm (usualy on the same spot where retards get their vaccines) The text in French says " If you looked you deserve one". I can assure you that Dubé is not smart enough or high enough in the hierarchy to start flashing evil symbolism.
