The live cam is back and it looks like they walled off the fountain on the front lawn. I saw some construction guys walking in the drained fountain and pointing to things in the fountain. The "wall" looks like Jersey barriers with wood attached to them to form a construction wall. The wall is very thin and looks like it's made to hide construction and from the ground looking straight at it gives the illusion of no construction because the wall and the cut outs kind of match up to the window locations. This is NOT a concrete wall surrounding the WH, it looks like a wall made to hide construction.
