It sounds like you've got it all figured out. I'm going to go in halfs with my son and raise a garden at his house down the road. He has great top soil/mine is clay and I've done everything to change it; plus I live on a hillside. He and his wife don't have the time to take care of a garden as they work alot and have 5 small children. So I'm sure he will let me plant and take care of it for half the rewards.
