Restricting (edit: PROHIBITING) non citizens, non residents, vote harvesting, and dead people from voting should have been done in every state county city and precinct long ago.

Not nearly enough has been done.

don't people have jobs that are supposed to keep the voting rolls clean, and shouldn't they be held accountable if they don't
