This is not a win. Its a loss. Classic lose lose scenario. 2 mandates. Almost exactly the same things. One for healthcare workers, one for other businesses. You allow one to stand but block the other? Makes no sense. They both massively violate the constitution. To allow either to stand is a big blow.

Agree. They used muh medicare and medicade using federal "funding" as a reason. Terrible precedent that will take years to overcome, if ever. So, HC workers are not citizens? Really F'd up decisions. Both should be 9-0.

Oh, and there is no such thing as federal funding. It's taxpayer funding.
