quick question/clarification on Supreme Court mandate decision

Simple question (and I explain below).

To confirm, the Supreme court decision blocks Bidens mandate to all private employers over 100+ employees, except HHS?

I believe that is the case.

Why am I asking? A company wide email from our CEO was sent out today, not long ago where our CEO encouraged everyone to get the jab.

I was a little WTF at the time, but then checked the news and saw the decision.

The timing of this email being sent struck me as being related to the SC decision.

Appreciate the help friends!
