The Supreme Court is disgusting, but it's much worse than that. They are acting as a fraudulent body and they have been for a very long time. No person or group has the right to make decisions for an individual person ever. Each person is the ruler (sovereign) of their own life.
They only get the one. Every individual is born with the right to choose how they will live it.
A court or other governing (not "ruling" but governing) body can only determine if a person has violated the social contract. Any social contract that forces decisions on life choices, where such choices are not directly harming other people in a "proven in a court of law" manner (such as murder, assault, rape, etc.) is a violation of both natural AND common (and Constitutional) law. Of course any social contract that is based on anything other than natural law is itself problematic, but in this case it violates them all.
The Supreme Court has been acting outside of its allowed bounds really since its inception. We have a lot of work to do to fix our social contract.
The case "we won" against OSHA effectively held that the executive branch can't force injections, but ONLY because Congress didn't give them that power, which backhandedly acknowledges that Congress has the power to let the executive branch force inject anyone with anything at anytime in any place
The case "we lost" for health care workers allows the executive branch to withhold payments if you don't do what they want. E.g., you don't force your employees to get jabbed, then you don't get medicare payments. This gives the executive branch arbitrary power to compel anyone to do anything by withholding benefits
At this point has Congress actually done anything to force people with injections?
Last I checked they wouldn't vote on it because they know it won't win so they just let the executive branch do the dirty deed. Given they are cheering it on, even the ones who act like they aren't (with exception).
