I read. the thread on /pol this morning. Spicy indeed. We already knew that the vax was developed waaay before the 'virus' cam along....This is why it only took them a couple of hours to 'develop' the vax. The news is that it had Moderna's sticky fingers all over it. This does not solve the problem of specific batches causing the majority of deathes. however.
Healthcare providers are required by law to report to VAERS:
Then in REALLY BIG LETTERS it goes on to list the covid-19 reporting requirements
VAERS Reporting Requirements for COVID-19 Vaccines
The reporting requirements for COVID-19 vaccines are the same for those authorized under emergency use or fully approved. Healthcare providers who administer COVID-19 vaccines are required by law to report the following to VAERS:
Knowingly filing a false VAERS report is a violation of Federal law (18 U.S. Code ยง 1001) punishable by fine and imprisonment.
It is also interesting to note that the pharmaceutical companies are responsible, by law, for maintaining the accuracy of the VAERS data.
Lol - that's IF they suspect an event is related to a vaccine. Most doctors dismiss AEs with a wave of the hand - they say it's unrelated and wha la! No need to report!
Also even if they are "required" to report - there is no way to make them do it. Nobody is policing hospitals or docs.

It's interesting to note that you say that reporting is voluntary because this is what it says on https://vaers.hhs.gov/reportevent.html

Maybe we should tax citizens and make more regulatory agencies?
Hospitals are private businesses.
No one has a right to Healthcare.
Don't go if you don't trust them. God put your body here and you maintain it. The last thing it is is someone else's problem.
