They'll tell you that pipeline was for tar sand. TAR SAND! As if sticky, viscous sand can travel down the pipeline.

But they'll tell you it was meant for China and shutting down the pipeline was negligible towards the price of gas.

Wouldn't the fuel order it was meant to become need to still be fulfilled? So that fuel come from the market...
