This is the leverage the white hats have over Maxwell. "You won't name names to reduce your sentence? Fine, we'll get them ourselves."

One name leads to the next, leads to the next.

Maxwell may start rethinking about cooperating while she still has bargaining capital. Or maybe she intended to cooperate anyway, and obtaining the names from a civil suit was just cover so she doesn't get Epsteined.
