Threatened to sue my (UK) optician for refusing to give me an eye test for being mask exempt - and he just called to say he "just happens to be in the surgery today, and would I like to come and get tested?"

I’ve seen vax exemption articles, but never mask. Where do I start looking for mask exemption?
