Elderly mother (unvaxxed) got sick at Christmas. Symptoms steadily worsened, then on the 7th day she started the protocol. Within 48 hours she was mostly back to normal.
Nothing new here - just wanted to share my own bit of empirical evidence.

Until January 3rd I was on D3, zinc, quercitin, K2, C about 5 days a week. Then Monday the 3rd I developed a fever. I added 2 HCQ and increased my zinc 2times a day and added ivermectin in the evening (paste in a PBJ sandwich). Continued this through the 9th with no improvement—fluctuating temperature throughout the day, but always at least 99.2 and max 101.2. I had a cough also. I added some NyQuil/DayQuil to the mix with no real results.
On the 9th I had to drive on a 7 hour round trip. I got home and was slammed with exhaustion. I switched from paste to pills for ivermectin but replaced the cold medicine with bufferin. I felt I was living through ground hog day. Thursday I stopped taking everything. Thursday was pretty much the same as the previous day for temps.
On Friday morning I woke with a 99.2 fever and decided to seek medical care. I was concerned about pneumonia. They did not give me a covid test. The doctor asked me what I had been taking and was surprised when I told him all the supplements plus HCQ and ivermectin. He asked if I had tested positive for covid and I told him no but I was being cautious. They took a chest X-ray and swabbed for influenza. He listed to my lungs. The swab came back negative. He heard no sound of pneumonia. The chest X-ray showed a few shadowy areas which the doc though probably indicated I had covid in the past. The diagnosis was post-viral cough syndrome. The recommendation was a cough pill and D and C vitamins.
The funny thing about all this was when I woke at 7 my temp was 99.2. They took my temp and it was 97.2. I have not had a fever since waking up Friday. I still have the cough. Salty food tastes awful. I’ve lost 25 pounds and am still tired. I’ve decided to do juicing to get the micronutrients my body needs.
Very strange! Unfortunately you appear to be an outlier. There are many thousands of success stories like mine.
Wishing you a speedy recovery, fren.
Anyone in pharmacology to chime in? I’d be concerned about potential drug interactions between hcq/ivermectin and the active ingredients in DayQuil/NyQuil
I only took a total of 3 gelcaps (2 night, 1 day)—just trying to see if anything would help. When no change, I didn’t continue.
My husband (unvaxxed 74) has "caught" whatever I had. (flu or omincron??) I've been giving him zinc, D3, E, C, Quercetin. He still has a bad cough so yesterday I gave him NyQuil so he could sleep. He has lost much of his appetite and complains that taking all these "pills" is making him sick. No sure what to make of it. I fear to give him too many things as he's on medication for other medical issues.
He should be taking 6,000 mg of C, 10,000 iu of D, 50 mg of Zinc, 1600 mg of Quercetin 2 to 3 times a day. Sometimes people aren’t taking the right dosages.
Thanks!
6g vit C? If that is oral, that will give you major diarrhea.
Your amounts are way off of the protocol be Dr Z.
Please don’t combine ivermectin and quercetin. Those two drugs have an interaction that can make things bad. You can use this to check for drug interactions

When I took ivermectin and HCQ, I stopped the quercitin.
Ok. That’s good. There’s one more thing you can consider trying (which is what my wife did and it worked). Try looking into either Traditional Chinese Medicine or Aruvedic medicines. The doctor/practitioners here can help adjust your body internals after checking your blood pulse, and examining various diagnostic signs (e.g. tongue color)
My plan is to see a wholistic practitioner as soon as I can afford it ($250 up front cost—includes private consult exam).
To add, my wife had something similar to you except also an added rash. We sought a TCM doctor. They checked her pulse, tongue color, eyes, and concluded that her liver was overworked and asked if she was sleeping late or having hard time sleeping. Apparently, sleeping past 3am every day is extremely bad for your liver. The doc prescribed various mixes of plants and herbs. After a week on the medication and sleeping before midnight, my wife recovered. The rash went away and she feels energetic instead of lethargic
I did start drinking a Spicy/Sweet, and Camomille hot tea to help with my cough. It seemed to help and kept the chills down.
The paste probably made you sicker. Don't eat paste people, it's like grabbing a bowl of your dog food and eating it for cereal. It's not meant for humans and is not quality controlled. Get a prescription, there are doctors who prescribed it all online. Takes a week. No need to order from weird ass foreign countries either.
