Hi everyone! As you probably already know, the Supreme Court passed the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers. I’m wondering if this affects the other federal lawsuit which stopped the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers for 14 states. It’s only healthcare workers who work for FEDERALLY FUNDED SYSTEMS
NOT ALL HEALTHCARE WORKERS
Hard to find a healthcare entity that isn’t networked into CMS payment systems. That was one of the primary objectives of Obamacare; it forced many private practitioners to accept assimilation into larger medical groups.
The Mandate ruling does not preempt the EUA. Any healthcare worker has right of refusal for experimental medical products.
All of the Federal rulings regarding compulsory vaccination do not distinguish FDA approved vs EUA authorized products.
Healthcare workers must force the public admission that these EUA products are not covered by the Supreme Court ruling.
Also, Florida is a test case for States’ rights. Ideally, the States that have blocked all mandates can unite with Florida’s rejection of the Supreme Court’s decision.
We have a system of checks and balances just for these purposes. Justices displayed absurd levels of ignorance about the facts and science in making their decision. History records previous rulings made from ignorance and prejudice that were later overturned.
