McGraw Hill …one of the biggest publisher of educational materials from elementary to college…what do they call it…propaganda arm?

I'm sure pharma/big healthcare heavily controls the content of medical textbooks and curricula.

Therefore .. med students learn how to treat patients in a way that benefits pharma/big healthcare the most, can't receive their degree if they don't.

Anyone who doesn't do things "pharma's way" are labeled "alternative medicine" which is basically the healthcare version of "conspiracy theorist"
