and Fauci is an Italian surname. It is derived from the Sicilian word for "sickle"...

A sickle is a short-handled farming tool with a semicircular blade, used for cutting grain for harvesting. The grim reaper is a symbol of DEATH, and is always seen holding a Scythe, which is the same a sickle but with a long handle, it's a symbol for cutting down lives to harvest souls.

Sickle is also used in communist symbolism.
