It states that the occupation of territory shall cease after one year of general close of military operations.
One year of occupied status would be 1/20/2022.
I’ve read through it for 20 minutes. I can’t decipher this stuff. Anyone wanna dive in and see if this is actually something?!

11.1.3.3 11.2.2.2
It comes down to who is the actual occupier.
Control of THE most important places according to the footnotes is the gage as to whether an occupation exist.
A proclamation may help fix the date of the beginning of the occupation.75 The proclamation may also advise inhabitants of occupied territory of the rules with which they must comply.76 In particular, the proclamation may be used to advise inhabitants of changes to law, including penal law.77
Was there a proclamation of occupation. Did January 20 satisfy that? Sure looks like Bidens D.C. is occupied not the occupier as D.C. is a privately owned territory. Biden isn't able to influence o enforce much.
This has been a controlled takedown by our side occupying D.C. first the NG was there, now they are simply neutered. Ineffectual as states control their own destinies again.
Good post. Got me really looking at this.
