It states that the occupation of territory shall cease after one year of general close of military operations.
One year of occupied status would be 1/20/2022.
I’ve read through it for 20 minutes. I can’t decipher this stuff. Anyone wanna dive in and see if this is actually something?!

i watched the 1/13 vid, and it shows exactly what is on the live streams. the barrier is around the fountain
also, here is a vid of someone also on the ground, asking ppl what's going on. https://youtu.be/knQQpeTUIH8
they tell him plumbing. which is what you would expect to be happening if they were working on a fountain.
here's a livestream, showing the construction barrier: https://www.camscape.com/webcam/the-white-house-live-webcam/
i see no expansion, it is STILL around just the fountain.
and a google maps pic of the fountain: https://files.catbox.moe/8mfgu2.png
Most of the barrier is around the fountain, yes. But if you watch the 1/13 video around the 4min mark, you can see it wrapping around the side of the white house as well now. She even mentions it, and how bizarre it has become.

In saying that, I'm not really following this new barrier as it's more than likely another nothingburger. But something is different about it this time, versus the last time they were doing construction on the WH grounds.
at about 4 mins just like you say. except she says no change. it hasn't. again, live WH stream will confirm.
as far as i can see, this IS a giant nothingburger, and too many ppl are trying to turn it into something completely different than your own eyes can see.
i've been looking at that construction, since the first post about it, with a track-hoe on site, when they were moving the k-barriers in.
From the video, it does looks to extend beyond the fountain, but as I've said, more than likely this is a nothingburger.
