Folks, I get that RRN--despite publishing credible information (with various, necessary changes)--is not popular here. I am not trying to promote them. Only to illustrate that in a country of 300 million + people, it is not difficult to create fictitious characters--individuals who fit a particular narrative but never actually existed.
