They are building a concrete fence out front, right?

I'd wager they are lights off a utility vehicle being reflected in the window panes moving slowly down the street.

I'd wager the same, just curious to see what GA comes up with, would be crazy to find out some time in the future that we were actually seeing a gun fight on the live cam

Look at the flashes in the center windows, starting around 0:45. Does not look like reflections to me, but I could be wrong.

Someone with more video skills than me should try to look at individual frames.
