Does anyone have the recipe for D-3,Zinc etc?

Pretty sure it's round 2 creeping in and I want to get ahead of this crap. I am unable to find it again. Many thanks!

8000 unit of D3, 4000mg Vite C, 1 325 aspirin, 6 mg. melatonin, body weight dose of Ivermectin ( I use the horse paste) 50 mg. zinc. Iver on an empty stomach. zinc always with food.
My regimen was five days of this protocol in a row. lots of water. I have done the Zelenko protocol with the quercetin.
