Urgent!!!! My cousin is in hospital with COVID. She has asked to be treated with Ivermectin. They are refusing. What can She do??

Discharge herself AMA or against medical advice. Order Ivermectin (veterinary) online from Amazon, have it shipped overnight. Follow the instruction for dosing by weight. Take until she is better, usually about 24 hours.
