This has always been the way people said OK with their hands. If you don't believe me watch some old Little Rascals shows. Of course Buckwheat pronounced it OTAY and made the OK sign. A few years ago some idiots in the MSM started propaganda saying it was a sign for 666. Another one was it was the sign for white supremacists. The Donald had a fun time making Memes for days. This is what I'd call a Conspiracy theory
