Can everyone chime in on how your local community is reacting to Omicron? Here in LA, at first everyone seemed relieved that they got Covid and started to relax a little but I think something was in the airwaves bc all of a sudden everyone's ass started tightening up again and was like we have to be extra careful...need to get boosted...double down on the mask bs...

Omicron was a game changer in Texas.
Once you know a few people that caught Omicron... and they were over it in 2-days like a mild cold... nobody is even worried about it anymore. In fact, people are just treating it like the common cold now. No big deal.
Well you do have more common sense people in your state
Breaking News: Studies suggest everyone really is retarded...
Because most are sheep and follow fauci the anointed
Texas here. Frankly, once I got the coof and got over it, I went back to normal.
In Dallas, we did a little mask wearing but after a picture of Clay "Howdy Doody" Jenkins, Mr. Mandate, circulated of him grinning from ear to ear along with a room full of unmasked people, that fizzled out quickly.
Life in Texas has been pretty normal, but for a short time at the height of the plandemic. I will have to say that traffic in Dallas was AWESOME, so I welcome that back any day.
Omicron, didn't seem to make any noticeable affect. Most people don't or won't wear masks or socially distance and the rest who do just live in fear.
Overall, people are done with this BS, Omicron or not.
I think ill go to dallas for vacation
Capital District in NY. Chicken Little says the sky is falling.
Lower Alabama here. They are not going to reinstate the mask on our kids. Across the bay is another thing at least in the catholic schools. Judging people's reactions to the decision not to mask the kids I'd say more people are pleased than angry, but there are still plenty of crazy mask folks out there.
I’m in a suburb of ft worth. Covid has not been a worry for majority in the entirety of the plandemic, aside from the first 3-5 months when we didn’t know what the hell was going on.
I see it that everyone will get it sooner or later. Just like a cold. May as well go ahead and try to get it and have the immunity. I got covid a few months ago. Saw family over the weekend and they got covid but I’m doing good. :) lol
At first, people in general were a bit worried because of the massive surge, but, as the hospitalizations didn't follow, everything sorta settled down and went back to the way it was.
We are lax in my community. The school even stopped the mask wearing. You see some with the masks but other than that it is good.
which state? big city or rural?
Pa, suburb.
