When Covid hit, and the hospital ships and NG sent out ... I remember many people thinking they were using covid as an excuse to take down the cabal, some even thought it was to rescue children underground.

I don't buy it because there isn't massive amounts of NG that would be required to prevent civil unrest. Which is what Q said they would be used for.
