Because flying was so pleasant before masks... they’re not going to ease up on it. What could go wrong-higher prices/less affordability due to fuel costs, less leg room, more attitudes, pilots dropping dead. It’s like they want to fail. I’ve been preferring to drive for longer than the stupid mandates. I’ll keep driving, thanx.

(That poor guy trapped at The Villages though. A friend and I stopped in Leesburg at a place called Two Old Hags Wine Shoppe after golf once because it looked interesting and it was the weirdest experience. It was basically in the Villages’ back yard. Bunch of older people, mostly women and they wouldn’t stop staring and obviously talking about us as if we had 6 heads. We weren’t dressed funny either-just typical golf polos and shorts. The bartender actually said “you’re not from around here....”)
