If you want visual proof do a deep dive on news anchors transforming on live tv (they become heavily distorted / disfigured) while the rest of the background / feed is fine.

"Well that's just an issue between the foreground and green screen". No it's not.

It also happens on live feed when the anchor is in the field, no green screen so that theory doesn't hold water. Also there was a string of anchors in the early 80s where this phenomenon happenes consistently to them but no one else.

And eventually those anchors are replaced (with good reason).

Again, it depends on how deep u want to dig. Is a lot of shit out there fake? Hell yes.

Is it all fake? Unfortunately not.
