Their email is listed at the bottom of the notification. Should we all bombard that email with responses like this; (In all capitol letters)
TO: MARK VALAD, CARHARTT; FROM; AMERICAN PUBLIC - YOUR CONSUMER BASE
'WE ARE NATIONWIDE CUSTOMERS OF CARHARTT PRODUCTS, BUT DUE TO YOUR COMPANIES RECENT MEMO REGARDING VACCINE AND MASK MANDATES WE WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL THESE UNCONSTITUTIONAL MANDATES ARE LIFTED.
Your products may very well carry the virus within the fabrics and materials used in manufacturing and through the shipping process. To your companies agenda and ideology, these mandates may dictate the companies policy, but does not protect the public from contracting the virus that may be infected in 100s of thousands of your product. Your company is at high risk for liability in spreading the virus. Your products are high risk purchases.
Therefore, WE as a conglomerate of nationwide purchasers of products, must refrain from here on in to make any CARHARTT purchases due to health risk reasons.
Sounds like an idiot who would send something this stupid. Could it happen? Remotely. Deal with concrete facts instead of presumptions.
THAT'S THE POINT. It's WE, THE PEOPLE who have POWER OF THE PURSE! Not some tyrannical corporate executive who dictates policy when it's been struck down as Un-Constitutional.
FYI; The Black Plague in UK in the 1600s was proof that virus spores on fabric and clothing spread virus along with fleas and rats. Do your research...
I have done my research. You are free to write whatever you wish to whomever you want, OP.
I simply disagree with you in how and what you wished to express yourself. I apologize to you if you took my post personally.
The next thing you should consider doing is seeing if Carhartt has a Twitter account and post your dissatisfaction there as well. It is a very visible way to do so. And corporations truly respond to Twitter because they have been lead to believe Twitter equals the entire world and bad publicity is bad publicity.
