#2 It also clarifies how it is quite possible to carry out a war in public per se all the while remaining hidden. It is difficult to give this movie ample justice without actually seeing it. However, 99.99% of the people who witnessed these events would have had no clue that anything was actually happening at all. Only the actors were fully aware of the plans and their impact.
