I don't know about scapegoat, after all HW Bush's Bonesman handle was Magog, and W. Bush's bonesman handle was Gog. Kinda points to the Khazaria Mafia, what'll think. Oh, and according to the article the Khazarian's were not originally Jews, but given a choice by the Russian Czar. The Khazar's picked Jews because it was the smallest religion, easier to inculcate into their Baal religion. I'd say they were successful.
