This behavior has to be stopped. I saw a video years ago suggesting the FBI became the Secret Police for the White House right around the time Hillary demanded they turn over all their personnel records to her while she and Bill were President. After all, banks weren't being robbed (by criminals anyway) and kidnappings were reclassified as Missing Children and not in their purvue per se (under Hillary) so why not just investigate whoever the President wanted. If I recall, the records were never returned and I assume blackmail contributed to the fall of a once revered agency. They are a disgrace and defunding is the right thing to do.
