Povidone-iodine nasal spray

Does anyone else do this? I made my own, diluted 10% down to 5%.. but everytime I spray in my nose it burns like hell.. im sure I will get used to it. This is what Dr. Mccullough recommends.. wondering if it burns for you guys too?

Dr. McCullough said on one of his podcasts that if it burns, dilute it with more.
