For a patrolling vehicle to be reflected in the 2nd floor window it would have to be higher than the road and move very steadily.

Camera angles down towards WH, how do you figure vehicle with flashing lights would need to higher than road? I knew I should have paid more attention in geometry class.

😅 trig is not my rig. Passing vehicle would have to be higher than road in front of White House since reflection/flash is on the 2nd floor. I'm really displaying complete ignorance of the topography around the White House- maybe there's a ridge road.
