Schwab is doing what Henry VIII did in 1541.

He created a system of schools that would ensure that his people indoctrinated to his system would be loyal to the Protestant Crown and not be agents of Rome.

Schwab is just placing his people in positions of power around the world so that when BBC Macron , Justin and Jacinda are taken out another minion will be brought forward.
