Someone needs to come in and put a stay on the medical mandate
Those cases are going to have to be fought on the grounds of the EUA and not whether they can mandate health care workers be vaxxinated. I hate to say I told you so, but back when employers started to make influenza vaxxines a condition of employment is when employees should have stood their ground. They didn't so this is where they now find themselves. This is one of the reasons SCOTUS did not find for the plaintiffs regarding an injunction for HCWs. They had been receiving other vaxxines that they had not objected to. So, fighting these cases on whether an employer can require vaxxines is not going to fly. Their only recourse at this point it to go after the EUA itself and whether an experimental product can be mandated.
Yes.... I agree with you. My daughter's a nurse and she is required to get all vaxxes...
I have been lucky working in private practice for a couple of decades. Before that, research. I have been able to stay under the radar and to avoid all vaxines. After years of doing research on my own about the effects of vaxxines, there was no way. The last vaxxines that I unfortunately took were to get into college. They made me sicker than a dog. I almost ended up in the hospital with no way to make up the time. So, I went to school sick. That was the last time I let someone put a needle in my arm. I told others about the ramifications when they started making HCWs get flu vaxxines to work in the hospitals. I knew it was just a matter of time when the lack of pushback was going to eventually come back to bite them all in the butt. Many didn't want to get the flu shots then. They just did not see the utility of fighting the issue and gave in. I wonder how many are regretting that decision now.
We need an overhaul regarding all vaccinations. My hope is that as the truth comes out, we will see the vaccine industry collapse after public trust in vaccines reaches near zero. That will be the moment when landmark rulings and laws will need to be made to reestablish informed consent and prohibit discrimination based on any vaccination status.
Absolutely. I am really hoping that when the dam starts showing some cracks because of the awakening that is taking place over these current inoculations. When professionals and the public discover the lies and twisted science used to manipulate them, I hope that will cause them to take a closer look at the rest and the dam will break. The information has been there all along. The vast majority of professionals have failed at their responsibilities to do no harm and ignored what is clearly available with regard to research. That is going to be a very tough pill for many to swallow when the realization of that finally hits.
It is also broadly covered by these recent rulings - it is just up to a court to address it specifically. Don't take the jab if you work in healthcare - just wait a bit longer.
Good news!
Now we will have to see whether a higher court overturns the injunction which could place it before SCOTUS - if they decide to take it. It's always such a crap shoot.
