You know the bill of rights was enacted to protect the minority under the supposition that logically the majority can enforce what they like? There is a reason that super majorities are needed for certain momentous actions. Our founding fathers had a legitimate fear of ignorant masses, and there is no denying that the masses gave us the great society and K street rule.
