I beg to differ. Even though the United States is not a signatory to the Nuremberg code of ethics. It is a Signatory to the Geneva Convention. Being a signatory to the GC, makes the US government bound to the Nuremberg code of ethics... http://www.opensourcetruth.com/informed-consent-the-nuremberg-code-and-the-geneva-conventions/ Thusly if they violate the code of ethics established after WWII, they are guilty of crimes against humanity and war crimes as well...
