So we were not informed thus informed consent is not a reasonable argument, risks and benefits were not told, alternatives not shared, risks and benefits of alternatives were not told and most of all the people were not of competent mind when making the choice as the media whipped things into a hysteria that then worked with the lack of informed consent to have it become an international coercion, some I believe call it a conspiracy. So its medical practitioners fault atleast, health departments from across the world were also involved, professional development, due diligence and informed consent was rarely if ever taken which is a part of their job
