i think youre right on both ends, both scenarios can be planned for by both black hats and white hats. which is probably exactly what is happening. the white hats are pulling strings and the black hats are reacting accordingly with whatever power they have left. HRC is there last play, and we all know thats a house of cards. black hats hoping for a slip up, white hats leading the walk off the cliff.
