Back when he wrote the first one his office was right next door to the machine shop where I worked. It was an old run down house. I never met him but spoke with his secretary a few times when she tried to convince me that I should buy and read his book. I politely told her no thanks. I don't expect anyone to understand the darkness that I felt with them next door. My boss felt the same way. They were only there a very short time and moved out suddenly over a weekend.
