The drugs during childbirth would be the 1st major testosterone drainer. Don't use them.

Society is also ripe with them. Look into endocrine disruptors. Try to avoid.plastic (if you do use plastic try to make sure it's resin identifier is either 2, 4, or 5.). Also avoid anything with the ingredient "fragrance". Also vinyl.
