Soooo, When are we going to fire the whole lot of Aministratores, teachers, etc. Rebuild our education system to actually educate ( Not indoctrinate) our children?

Never, because public schools will always be publicly run. Find a private school that isn't woke, or homeschool your kids. Alternatively, if you have the means, start a private school yourself. Those are the options.
