Meanwhile, February is Black History month and the kids will be bombarded with stories, videos about Blacks. Heck, all of tv will bombard us.

I don't care about kids learning about Black history but why dedicate a month? Work it into the curriculum along with Native American History, White European History, Asian History, etc.
