It's a symbol used by the cabal, occultists and edgelords in order to summarize ancient pagan cults in an effort to mock christianity. Satan, being a fallen angel, has no natural physical form himself, just like God and the angels in Heaven do not. In a more phylosophical sense, to worship satan would be to act in complete opposition to the worship of God. If God's worship calls for selflessness,charity, healing and courage, then to worship satan you'd have to follow the call for extreme selfishness,greed, inflicting suffering and being a coward. Any resemblance to dead and and living people we know of is not a coincidence.
