If Biden is not president, can he send troops to war? There are many things that Biden/Dems have tried that ended up as failures, will this fail also?

There is a Uniparty and a swamp, but there are also many competing interests and also good guys scattered around. One bad guy will use to the law to attack another, that's basically what our founders hoped to happen, 3 branches of government to keep the beast fighting itself and not focused on fucking over the people.
The pedophile blackmail rings are how they solved that problem, and also why Q told us Maxwell's arrest was so important. Remove the blackmail and the people have a fighting chance.
