Only unforgivable sin is to blaspheme the Holy Spirit.

God gave us his Laws Written by His finger. Man added to. It is written that man is not to add or to take away from the word of God.

I imagine that includes his Law.

If satan wasn't given the gift of free will he would have to use the free will of man against himself.

Kind of why I am all up in arms about Israel and Jews. If the followers of Christ are the True Jews and the Evil one has the followers of Christ hating the Jews they would be hating themselves and cursing themselves. That is rough to rectify, though I could easily see it being a construct of the Father to get us to return to Him.
