Any new construction of businesses must be brought by the city council before residents for approval, since it effects the community and taxes. I would never allow a Walmart ever again. It has brought nothing but crime to our city. Despite all the business, you never see taxes decrease. We have money coming to the city from a casino, but we are constantly bombarded by school levies.
