me too. mom was 1932, grandma 1889. other grandma had 10 kids, last one in her late 40s. also an aunt had a baby when she was in early 50s. children were thought of differently back then, no way they would have been spoiled like they are today, they had to contribute to the family from a young age. also seen and not heard, rather than the center of attention. different life out on the old farm.
