His family is beside themselves because they aren’t allowed to see him and the hospital is not really communicating with them very well if at all. No call backs from any of the staff and the only way she’s getting updates is through the online charts as they update. I sent them the contact info for the front line doctors legal team and told them they need to call local news channels to try and get them to do a story in hopes that the bad press may change their tone. Whether they do it or not, I can’t say. I’ve been reaching out to people I know who work in that industry to see if they can pull strings but I don’t know how that will pan out. Please keep them all in your prayers.

People need to get over this -- "aren't allowed" stuff and STAND UP. A hospital doesn't RULE over you. Whoever is making his medical decisions (even he himself, if he is coherent) just needs to instruct the hospital that they are going against medical advice and taking him home.
