From 10:47 to 11:40 I recorded the totals.

There were 950 votes split between yes and no across 11 data points. each data point preserved the 77% / 23% split.

What are the odds of that eh

The same ratio split has been in place for hours, I just didn't collect the data for hours. I collected the data for an hour to make sure it wasn't just a perception. Each and every time the page was refreshed the ratio between yes and no was preserved.
